Many of the beverages we consume are packed with added sugars. The consumption of excess sugar has been linked to heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Our Drink Less Sugar posters allow people to see the amount of sugar in commonly consumed beverages. By simply reducing the amount of sugar you ingest via beverages, you can make very positive changes to your overall health. Our goal is to have one of these posters in every school in the Rio Grande Valley. If you are an administrator at an RGV school that does not yet have one of our posters, please feel free to reach out!
